What you'll do
- Develop and maintain functionality across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Design and build Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and custom workflows
- Manage integrations between Salesforce, external APIs, and third-party tools
- Support telephony migration from Talkdesk to Genesys
- Enhance Experience Cloud portals and improve user experience
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and manage Jira tickets
What you'll need
- 3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative automation
- Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)
- Strong track record integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms
- Ability to decide between standard configuration and custom development
- Self-directed problem solver comfortable in distributed teams
- Experience documenting solutions and managing workflows in Jira
Nice to have
- Experience with CTI/telephony platforms like Talkdesk or Genesys
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Zapier, or HiTouch
- Knowledge of integrated messaging tools such as SMS or chat
