Join Docplanner's engineering team to enhance the healthcare experience for millions of patients and specialists. You will design robust backend services and customer-facing portals using Salesforce technologies. What you'll do
- Design scalable Apex solutions using domain and service patterns
- Enhance Service Cloud case management and automation features
- Build Experience Cloud sites for customer self-service
- Implement Digital Engagement channels like Chat and WhatsApp
- Develop AI-powered bots and conversational automations
- Create secure REST APIs and async Apex processes
- Optimize SOQL queries for high-volume data operations
- Collaborate with architects on security and scalability
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Git and SFDX
- Configure Omni-Channel routing and email automations
What you'll need
- 2–5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong focus on Apex and enterprise design patterns
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud customization
- Experience building Experience Cloud portals
- Knowledge of Digital Engagement and messaging channels
- Experience integrating Einstein Bots or AI assistants
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models
- Comfortable with Git workflows and code reviews
- Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Knowledge implementation
- Familiarity with Data Cloud and service use cases
- Work with Prompt Builder or Agentforce tools
- Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist certs
- Administrator or Advanced Administrator certifications
