We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to drive the design and delivery of large-scale solutions. You will define architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise standards.
The role involves leading architecture workshops, governing data and security models, and mentoring technical teams. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while minimizing unnecessary customization.
What you'll do
- Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business needs
- Architect solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds and Industry offerings
- Map business processes to out-of-the-box capabilities to reduce customization
- Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events
- Implement enterprise integration architectures using MuleSoft and APIs
- Govern data architecture, security models, and DevOps practices
- Conduct architecture reviews and lead solution design workshops
- Mentor development and quality engineering teams on technical matters
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution or Technical Architect
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform and various Cloud products
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows and integrations
- Experience designing integrations using MuleSoft and event-driven architectures
- Understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling and CI/CD practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
- MuleSoft certification
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking or Insurance sectors
- Experience with Agile delivery and enterprise transformation programs
