SEREM is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to drive high-level digital transformation and generative AI initiatives. You will define complex architectures, lead technical teams, and implement intelligent agents using Salesforce Agentforce and Anthropic Claude.
The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Enterprise environments, including Sales and Service Cloud. You will oversee development quality, manage integrations, and apply Spec Driven Development methodologies in an international setting.
What you'll do
- Lead technical initiatives and define Salesforce solution architectures
- Design and implement intelligent agents using Salesforce Agentforce
- Supervise Apex and Lightning Web Components development
- Conduct code reviews and ensure technical quality standards
- Manage complex integrations with corporate systems via APIs
- Resolve high-level technical incidents and provide support
- Apply Spec Driven Development and generative AI practices
- Coordinate with functional teams and stakeholders on estimates
What you'll need
- Over 10 years of professional experience with Salesforce technologies
- Proven track record leading technical teams
- Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong experience in Apex Development and LWC
- Experience designing Enterprise-level Salesforce integrations
- Practical experience with Anthropic Claude and Agentforce
- Familiarity with Spec Driven Development (SDD)
- C1/C2 English level for international environment

- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Knowledge of MuleSoft
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce AI Specialist certification
- Official Salesforce architecture certifications
- Previous work in international projects
- French language skills at B2 level or higher
