What you'll do
- Review and refine AI outputs on scale-up challenges and growth strategy
- Evaluate responses for business realism and strategic soundness
- Draft realistic business scaling scenarios from direct experience
- Create scenario variations from founder, investor, or operational perspectives
- Identify logical gaps or oversimplifications in AI-generated content
What you'll need
- Senior-level experience as a scale-up consultant or growth strategist
- Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
- Several years of hands-on experience scaling organizations
- Strong ability to distinguish theoretical from practical solutions
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured feedback
- Available for 8-20 hours per week with near-term availability
