Lead Agile practices for a team developing compliant financial technology in government cloud settings. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
What you'll do
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and resolve delivery risks and blockers
- Coordinate execution across engineering, QA, security, and product
- Monitor velocity, cycle time, and other Agile delivery metrics
- Drive continuous improvement and adherence to Scrum principles
What you'll need
- 5+ years of Agile delivery experience
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
- Experience in financial services or regulated government cloud
- Strong expertise in servant leadership and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
