As an ICQA Troubleshooter, you will manage cycle counts, assign aisles, and resolve inventory shortages or overages. You will work in a supply chain environment, utilizing computers and handheld devices to maintain accurate stock records while collaborating with team members and supervisors.
What you'll do
- Set up cycle counts in the system and assign aisles
- Physically count items and move boxes for inventory
- Research and reconcile all stock shortages and overages
- Monitor NIL reports and investigate unlocated stock
- Operate powered equipment as directed by management
- Foster an inclusive environment with colleagues and customers
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Ability to read and understand English safety rules
- Proficient with computers and handheld technology
- Capable of standing, walking, and climbing ladders
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Willing to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
