Join Securitize's blockchain engineering team to help bring real-world assets on-chain. You will design and deploy complex Solana programs, manage Token-2022 extensions, and implement cross-chain interoperability for institutional-grade financial products.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Solana programs using Anchor and Rust
- Build Token-2022 integrations including transfer hooks and interest-bearing tokens
- Implement cross-chain bridges and messaging via Wormhole or similar protocols
- Develop SPL token programs with compliance-aware mint and burn mechanics
- Architect PDA-based systems for registries, whitelists, and multisig management
- Collaborate with backend engineers to expose program interfaces via Node.js services
- Write robust unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews
What you'll need
- 5+ years software development with 2+ years focused on Solana programs
- Deep understanding of Solana account model, PDA derivation, and CPI patterns
- Hands-on experience with Anchor framework, IDL generation, and upgrades
- Solid knowledge of SPL Token and Token-2022 extensions
- Experience with durable nonces, Address Lookup Tables, and compute budget optimization
- Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js for building or consuming REST APIs
- Strong communication skills to bridge blockchain complexity and product needs
Nice to have
- Experience with Solidity smart contracts and EVM tooling like Hardhat
- Familiarity with ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1400 token standards
- Knowledge of regulated token infrastructure and KYC/AML compliance layers
- Experience integrating DeFi protocols such as lending markets or DEX aggregators
- Familiarity with dApp development and wallet management like Phantom or MetaMask
- Exposure to non-EVM chains such as SUI, Algorand, or Aptos
