You will own the end-to-end security and compliance program, starting from a blank page. Your focus is on identifying gaps, closing them across a multi-cloud environment, and automating compliance checks rather than performing manual audits. You will work closely with the product team, as compliance checks run on the same engine sold to customers.
What you'll do
- Lead SOC2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 certification from gap analysis to audit completion
- Automate compliance checks and guardrails for continuous adherence
- Manage multi-cloud infrastructure as Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
- Maintain current and mapped compliance evidence across all tooling
- Support security operations including monitoring, alert triage, and documentation
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience running gap analysis and audits for SOC 2 or ISO standards
- Proven ability to take a compliance program through an actual audit process
- Comfortable reading cloud configurations and IaC across multiple providers
- Strong interest in cloud security, governance, and compliance outcomes
- Structured and trustworthy approach to handling sensitive material
Nice to have
- Experience with Terraform and major cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Prior exposure to a compliance automation platform
- General software engineering background in Go, SQL, or cloud infrastructure
