Latent is an enterprise pharmacy intelligence platform powered by a clinical agentic engine. As a Security Engineer, you will secure code, cloud infrastructure, AI tools, and IT systems. You will enable employees to move quickly while maintaining strict security and compliance standards across the organization.
What you'll do
- Harden cloud environments for secure-by-default developer workflows
- Secure AI tool access and prevent agent misuse
- Protect data warehouses and ensure patient privacy
- Automate security checks within the software development lifecycle
- Secure employee devices and manage identity provisioning
- Investigate incidents and tune detection rules
What you'll need
- Experience building security automations and workflows
- Ability to use coding agents and understand engineering principles
- Knowledge of IAM workflows including Okta, SSO, and SAML
- Experience configuring managed settings for AI tools
- Background in hardening AWS cloud and CI/CD environments
- Experience with vulnerability management across the stack
- Proficiency in automating endpoint security via MDM
- Skill in writing and tuning security detections
Nice to have
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Familiarity with healthcare data and HIPAA regulations
- Experience with SOC2 audit controls
