You will own identity and endpoint security across Squads, ensuring secure access and device baselines while enabling safe adoption of new tools. Working closely with the Head of Security, you will build processes, respond to incidents, and automate workflows to support the company's growth in the stablecoin economy.
What you'll do
- Administer identity provider and SSO, enforcing MFA and phishing-resistant authentication
- Build periodic access reviews and apply least privilege principles across critical systems
- Manage MDM and EDR coverage with clear configuration standards and security baselines
- Handle device provisioning, access requests, and general IT operations for the team
- Automate repetitive security and IT workflows to improve coverage and reduce manual work
- Assess vendor risk and evaluate new SaaS tools and AI integrations before adoption
- Act as first responder for identity and endpoint incidents, including investigation and containment
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience operating enterprise identity platforms with SSO, MFA, and access policies
- Experience managing MDM and EDR tooling across a device fleet
- Proven ability to respond to security incidents, compromises, or suspected breaches
- Ability to assess vendor and integration risk, including risks from AI tools
- Scripting ability in Python or Bash for automation and basic tooling
- Strong written communication skills and judgment to work independently
- Experience building security functions in early-stage environments is preferred
Nice to have
- Experience with blockchain or Web3 threats
- Background in cloud security
- Knowledge of SIEM and detection engineering
- Familiarity with AI agents used in security operations
