Join the Managed Cloud Operations team to safeguard the availability and reliability of critical online services. As a Services Incident Responder, you serve as the frontline defense, monitoring environments and performing rapid initial triage on live alerts.
Your work minimizes customer downtime by assessing impact and mobilizing the correct internal engineering teams. You will track centralized alerting systems, manage incident tickets, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders during active issues.
