As the company's first dedicated operational security hire, you will run security operations across six deployments in the UK, US, Australia, and the EU. You will own detection and response, vulnerability management, and platform control assurance for sensitive government data.
The role involves tuning SIEM systems, coordinating penetration tests, and ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and SOC 2. You will support incident response and lead adversarial testing for AI products.
What you'll do
- Own the SIEM and detection stack, including rule tuning and alert triage
- Manage the 24/7 MDR service to ensure global compromise detection
- Run the end-to-end vulnerability programme and enforce remediation SLAs
