Join a US fleet services provider specializing in gas and diesel maintenance as a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist. You will lead AR operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, cash application, and proactive collections in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Process and verify high-volume customer invoices for fleet services
- Reconcile AR sub-ledger with general ledger daily or weekly
- Resolve billing discrepancies and unapplied cash issues
- Apply daily cash payments via ACH, wires, cards, and checks
- Execute proactive collections outreach on overdue accounts
- Generate weekly and monthly AR aging and metric reports
- Collaborate with operations to streamline billing workflows
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in high-volume AR and collections
- Proficiency in accounting systems like QuickBooks or Dynamics 365
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage heavy transaction volumes with accuracy
