This role involves joining a customer-facing product team to help enterprise clients deploy AI automation. You will guide implementations from discovery to launch, ensuring they meet operational goals and enterprise standards.
You will connect customer requirements with technical execution, working closely with engineering and sales to shape product direction and deliver measurable value.
What you'll do
- Lead customer projects from discovery through implementation and launch
- Tailor AI agent capabilities to address specific operational needs
- Track performance data to demonstrate measurable customer value
- Support pre-sales activities including proof-of-concepts and due diligence
- Partner with AI, engineering, and sales teams to inform product direction
- Build scalable onboarding and implementation processes
- Manage project risks, compliance, security, and responsible AI governance
What you'll need
- At least 5 years in customer-facing technical roles delivering enterprise software
- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and solution design
- Proven record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience using SQL, data warehouses, or tools like BigQuery for analysis
- Experience supporting pre-sales cycles and running proof-of-concepts
- Ability to balance customer goals with technical feasibility
- Clear communication skills with technical teams and senior leaders
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with AI/ML products and agent-based automation
- Knowledge of customer implementation playbooks
- Understanding of AI governance principles
