Inato is building a platform to increase visibility and engagement in clinical trials for diverse populations. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will develop AI use cases that influence drug development and patient care. You will work on production-grade systems that process multimodal data and handle large medical documents.
What you'll do
- Select and orchestrate models for multimodal data analysis
- Design RAG techniques for medical documents and patient histories
- Build agentic systems for patient recruitment and site selection
- Integrate AI solutions with cross-functional engineering teams
- Implement scalable pipelines meeting production standards
What you'll need
- One year of professional experience with LLMs in production
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Strong oral and written communication in English and French
- Experience deploying AI features in production environments
- Ability to deliver clean, production-ready code autonomously
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation challenges
- Product mindset to collaborate with leadership

- Background in software engineering prior to AI specialization
