Join Sibill's AI team to develop tools that automate invoicing, payments, and accounting for SMEs. You will report to the Head of AI and work closely with data, engineering, and product teams to solve concrete customer problems using critical financial data.
The company values pragmatism and efficiency, aiming to simplify complex financial processes through a unified AI-powered platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features, from discovery to production monitoring.
What you'll do
- Design and develop AI systems for production environments
- Define and manage evaluations including metrics and test datasets
- Monitor quality, costs, and latency of AI models
- Iterate on existing AI products based on user dependency and feedback
- Collaborate with data, engineering, infra, product, and design teams
- Build data pipelines or ETL processes when required
What you'll need
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or STEM
- Strong foundation in math, statistics, probability, and machine learning
- Proven experience building AI applications for thousands of users
- Deep understanding of ML basics like linear models and neural networks
- Proficiency in modern Python, Git, Docker, CI/CD, and unit testing
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willingness to write code in Elixir or TypeScript if needed
Nice to have
- 7-8 years of experience in software or ML
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues
- Background in coaching or technical leadership
