Join OBRIO, part of the Genesis ecosystem, to shape the technical strategy for Nebula, a platform serving over 70 million users globally. You will work directly with the CTO to establish AI processes from scratch and drive business impact through machine learning models.
The team consists of over 90 engineers, mostly Middle and Senior specialists. You will have the autonomy to make key technical decisions and influence product outcomes while building a dedicated AI unit.
What you'll do
- Build and scale the company's AI direction from the ground up
- Launch AI initiatives across content, marketing, and support teams
- Develop and prioritize the AI roadmap with stakeholders
- Design and deploy AI/ML models affecting user experience
- Establish standards for responsible AI use and data ethics
- Hire and mentor a team of AI specialists
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI and ML
- Proven track record of launching models to production
- Experience with generative models and LLMs
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
- Ability to build processes from scratch
- Product-minded approach to technical challenges
