Join the new AI Enablement team at GameChanger, a remote-first tech company dedicated to youth sports. You will design and deploy production-grade AI tools that assist with code review, testing, and issue triage, helping engineers work faster and with greater confidence.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy production AI tooling and agentic workflows
- Build AI-assisted processes for code review, testing, and triage
- Develop shared infrastructure for model access and cost controls
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure reliability and impact
- Drive adoption through documentation, training, and partnership
- Partner with Security and Platform teams to establish guardrails
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong backend and full-stack fundamentals
- Experience building and supporting production AI systems
- Practical depth in LLMs, retrieval, and agentic workflows
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into technical solutions
- Experience measuring quality and impact of AI systems
Nice to have
- Experience in developer tooling or platform enablement
- Direct iOS or Android development experience
- Background in improving systems post-launch
