What you'll do
- Lead design and deployment of AI-powered user features
- Collaborate with product and design to identify AI opportunities
- Orchestrate multiple LLMs for context-aware experiences
- Prototype and iterate features based on user feedback
- Ensure reliability and scalability of production AI systems
- Address privacy, security, and compliance challenges
- Mentor engineers on AI product best practices
What you'll need
- Proven experience shipping AI products in production
- Deep understanding of LLM strengths and limitations
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks
- Ability to develop evaluation metrics for AI features
- Familiarity with AI privacy and security standards
- 5+ years backend or full-stack engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- 5+ years experience with PostgresDB or MySQL
- 5+ years experience with Elasticsearch or similar
- Experience with production observability and logging
