Join Supernal to develop the first generation of AI employees that handle real business processes. You will design end-to-end agent systems, including runtime environments, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses, ensuring they are reliable and scalable for daily user reliance.
What you'll do
- Ship user-facing agent experiences from prototype to production
- Architect stateful agent systems with memory and tool calling
- Build end-to-end voice features including realtime speech agents
- Develop evaluation harnesses with automated scoring and A/B testing
- Design data retrieval pipelines with hybrid search and caching
- Integrate with Django services and Kubernetes deployments
- Establish observability and reliability patterns for agent safety
What you'll need
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and code quality focus
- Production experience deploying AI systems to real users
- Experience building agentic or LLM systems with memory and tools
- Comfort working across application and infrastructure layers
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen
- Strong understanding of vector search and retrieval concepts
Nice to have
- Experience with vector databases like Pinecone or pgvector
- Background in designing offline and online evaluation systems
- Experience building voice or real-time streaming systems
- Familiarity with durable workflow engines like Temporal
- Knowledge of observability tools such as OpenTelemetry
- Experience shipping multi-tenant SaaS with privacy controls
