You will join a small, fast-moving team building Brain by AIVM, a platform for trustworthy and governed enterprise AI. The work sits at the intersection of blockchain infrastructure, token ecosystems, and intelligent automation.
As a senior engineer, you will use AI-native tools to multiply output while maintaining strict control over quality, security, and architecture. You will own core technical decisions and help define engineering standards from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Build and ship core product features, systems, and infrastructure
- Convert AI-assisted prototypes into reliable, scalable production software
- Own architecture, security, quality, and technical direction
- Direct and evaluate agentic development workflows with human oversight
- Define engineering standards, review practices, and AI-native workflows
- Collaborate with founders on product strategy and technical tradeoffs
- Debug complex issues and raise the overall engineering bar
What you'll need
- 8-12+ years of experience shipping real production software
- Proven track record owning systems for scale and reliability
- Daily use of AI coding tools like Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor
- Ability to use AI agents while controlling quality and security risks
- Deep fundamentals in architecture, debugging, and system design
- Strong instincts for identifying risks in AI-generated code
- Experience in startup, early-stage, or first-engineer roles
Nice to have
- Background as a founder, first engineer, or early technical leader
- Experience with enterprise, security, or mission-critical systems
- Work on AI agents, developer tools, or governance products
- Designing agentic coding workflows at scale
- Public body of work in open-source or AI-native development
