This hands-on engineering role owns the systems and data behind the marketing engine. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Growth teams to ensure campaign reliability and continuous funnel improvement. Responsibilities include building dashboards, fixing email workflows, and analyzing conversion metrics.
What you'll do
- Define and ship signal queues like ICP signups to HubSpot and Slack
- Build and maintain data pipelines for ingesting intent signals
- Create usage and billing alerts for Customer Success and Sales
- Establish a single source of truth for funnel data in BigQuery
- Implement AI-native workflows for enrichment and scoring using LLMs
- Automate lead routing and data hygiene end-to-end
- Manage GTM tooling including HubSpot, Clay, and n8n
- Design email journeys and segmentation for ABM campaigns
What you'll need
- 5+ years experience in engineering, GTM, or a mix of both
- Strong SQL skills with experience in BigQuery or similar warehouses
- Ability to build data-intensive pipelines and products independently
- Experience working with APIs, particularly CRM APIs like HubSpot
- Capability to define and validate sales signals against closed deals
- Willingness to collaborate closely with sales or growth teams
- Ability to work asynchronously with some US time zone overlap
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript coding
- Experience in PLG, developer tools, or open-source companies
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Customer.io, or n8n
- Background in building entity resolution or enrichment pipelines
- Production experience shipping LLM or agent workflows
- Use of product usage data to drive sales expansion
