Lead end-to-end implementations of Posh's conversational AI platform for credit unions and community banks. This role blends strategic project management with technical oversight to ensure successful, compliant, and timely deployments.
What you'll do
- Lead complex client implementations from strategy to execution
- Anticipate risks and drive proactive mitigation plans
- Align client and internal stakeholders across teams
- Design solution approaches and handle nuanced configurations
- Mentor other Implementation Managers and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with banking workflows and regulations
- Develop high-quality documentation and test cases
What you'll need
- Proven experience managing complex, client-facing projects
- Strong technical aptitude with APIs and integrations
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences
- Capacity to work independently in ambiguous environments
- PMP certification or MBA strongly preferred
- Experience with financial institutions is highly valued
