Join the Solution Engineering organization as an AI Specialist, providing hands-on expertise to technical decision-makers and data scientists. You will architect AI solutions built on the Snowflake platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and customer adoption of AI and ML capabilities.
What you'll do
- Serve as the technical expert positioning Snowflake AI and ML features to customer stakeholders
- Partner with account teams to scope and drive proofs of concept to technical success
- Collaborate with product and engineering to influence AI and ML roadmaps via customer feedback
- Publish scalable content such as blog posts, conference presentations, and technical demos
- Tailor and maintain sales engineering assets including presentations and customer stories
What you'll need
- Five or more years building and deploying machine learning and generative AI in the cloud
- Familiarity with generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, and prompt engineering
- Deep knowledge of Python and ML packages such as LangChain, pandas, sklearn, and PyTorch
- Experience with data engineering tools including dbt, Airflow, and Spark
- Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s in related field preferred
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of LLM ecosystem tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- One or more years of practical Snowflake experience
- Knowledge of large-scale database technologies like Netezza or Teradata
