Join the team as a Senior AI/ML Developer to design and deploy scalable AI solutions, including agentic workflows and LLM integrations. You will own the full lifecycle from architecture to production, working with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software for clients.
What you'll do
- Design and build GenAI applications and agentic workflows using Python
- Deploy AI agents using frameworks like Strands and AWS Bedrock AgentCore
- Implement LLM-powered apps with RAG architectures and vector databases
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend microservices in Python
- Create prompt engineering strategies and evaluate LLM responses
- Manage document processing pipelines including PDF extraction
- Optimize system performance for latency and infrastructure costs
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend application development
- Hands-on experience building GenAI applications or AI agents
- Experience with agentic frameworks, particularly Strands
- Knowledge of AWS Bedrock AgentCore or similar platforms
- Understanding of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and vector DBs
- Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks and metrics
- Ability to work independently in an Agile, cross-functional environment
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS services for AI deployment
- Background in computer vision or image processing
- Experience building production-grade multi-agent systems
- Knowledge of advanced document processing workflows
- Experience modernizing legacy apps with AI capabilities
