You will engineer the systems, services, and interfaces that bring AI models to life for banking and advisory teams. This hands-on position focuses on shipping AI-powered products into production rather than training models, covering backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Build production AI products integrating LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows
- Design and implement AI tooling including prompt orchestration
- Develop scalable event-driven microservices and APIs
- Build responsive React frontends for customer workflows
- Architect cloud-native systems on AWS infrastructure
- Implement monitoring and observability for reliability
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with product teams
What you'll need
- Extensive experience building and deploying production LLM applications
- Strong hands-on skills with Node.js, TypeScript, and React
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM integration
- Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks and observability tools
- Deep understanding of AWS and cloud-native engineering patterns
- Experience with microservices and distributed architectures
- Commitment to clean code, testing, and operational excellence
Nice to have
- Experience with NestJS or similar backend frameworks
- Familiarity with LangGraph or Langfuse
- Knowledge of AI implementation in regulated financial environments
- Experience designing systematic evaluations for LLM outputs
- Track record of delivering agentic systems in production
