Join Angi as a Senior Analyst to drive strategic business decisions for the pro sales organization. You will leverage data to track performance, optimize compensation plans, and determine optimal staffing levels. Working with sales executives and product managers, you will translate complex data into actionable insights to enhance productivity and profitability.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor sales organization performance
- Develop forecasting models for optimal staffing and hiring levels
- Design and implement sales commission plans aligned with company goals
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and recommend adjustments
- Create models to calculate profitability of sales rep activity
- Support A/B testing and launch of new sales strategies and tools
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering
- 6+ years of analytical experience in e-commerce or marketplace sectors
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools like Python or R
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Ability to build complex analytical models in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience analyzing sales and commission plans for large organizations
- Proven ability to develop predictive models for sales performance
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with headcount planning and sales support analytics
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini
