What you'll do
- Review daily algorithm-generated trades for accuracy before submission
- Resolve abnormal orders and ensure proper trade desk handling
- Conduct regular reviews of managed accounts to find bottlenecks
- Identify and fix systemic trading issues and workflow friction
- Execute daily portfolio management and trading support tasks
- Collaborate with trading desks and product teams to streamline workflows
What you'll need
- 1-2 years experience in portfolio operations or trade execution
- Background in financial analysis within fintech or finance
- Strong analytical thinking and quantitative problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Ability to communicate operational risks clearly
- Experience collaborating across investment and engineering teams
