Join the core AI team of a fast-growing legal tech firm to build practical generative AI features for lawyers. You will architect and implement RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and evaluation workflows that directly impact product functionality.
Reporting to the AI Lead, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to ship reliable AI solutions. This role offers technical ownership in a flat hierarchy, focusing on turning modern AI techniques into robust, user-facing tools.
What you'll do
- Architect and implement production-ready generative AI and LLM solutions
- Design agentic systems to automate multi-step workflows
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines for document interaction
- Implement evaluation, testing, and observability for AI reliability
- Establish best practices for AI development and deployment
- Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate AI features
- Translate complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
What you'll need
- Located in CET -2/+2 time zone
- At least 4 years of professional AI experience
- Proven experience deploying RAG or agentic systems to production
- Strong expertise in RAG architectures including embeddings and retrieval
- Experience with LLM observability tools like LangSmith or Langfuse
- Proficient in Python with solid software engineering practices
- Experience designing orchestration logic beyond simple API integrations
