This position focuses on first-principles problem solving rather than slide creation. You will define metrics, run analyses, and drive tangible business outcomes without corporate bureaucracy.
What you'll do
- Embed within business units like Growth, Product, or AI to own analytics
- Define business questions and hypotheses before starting analysis
- Build reports, design experiments, and surface actionable data insights
- Drive decisions by presenting findings to product and leadership teams
- Execute recommendations end-to-end to improve key business metrics
What you'll need
- 2+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to structure and interpret data
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for independent data pulling
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Clear communication skills to influence leadership decisions
