Join the Financial Crime Compliance team as an independent second line of defense. You will validate the effectiveness of global compliance controls and establish rigorous testing methodologies to support executive decision-making and regulatory readiness.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute global FCC monitoring and testing plans
- Design frameworks to validate AML, sanctions, and KYC controls
- Oversee EMEA monitoring programs and define KPIs
- Transition from sample reviews to continuous data-enabled assurance
- Validate system-encoded controls like transaction monitoring thresholds
- Report testing outcomes to executive leadership and governance forums
- Represent the function during regulatory exams and audits
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or related field
- CAMS certification or ICA International Diploma
- 7+ years in FCC QA, monitoring, or internal audit
- Strong knowledge of financial crime controls and KYC workflows
- Mastery of risk-based testing and remediation validation
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Regulatory Compliance or Risk Management
- CAMS-Audit, CISA, or CIA certifications
- Experience in cloud-native, API-driven fintech environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or BI dashboards
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
