You will plan and execute engagements centered on Workday security implementation and the assessment of existing environments. The role involves evaluating configurable controls, identifying improvement opportunities, and supervising junior team members.
Candidates must be prepared to travel extensively and lead client interactions regarding security and controls. You will also contribute to team growth by coaching colleagues and expanding internal Workday knowledge.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute client engagements for Workday security implementation
- Assess Workday environments and evaluate configurable controls
- Identify opportunities for improvement in security and controls
- Supervise Associates during client engagements
- Lead client meetings related to Workday security topics
- Coach and train team members to expand Workday knowledge
What you'll need
- Minimum two years of recent Workday implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Certifications in Workday Financials or Human Capital Management
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to travel up to 80 percent of the time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Project or team lead experience in a consulting firm
- Ability to gain confidence of senior level executives
