As a Senior Associate, you will plan and execute client engagements centered on Workday security implementation and environment assessment. You will evaluate configurable controls, identify improvement opportunities, and supervise junior team members.
The role involves leading client meetings regarding security and controls while coaching team members to expand their Workday knowledge. You must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute Workday security implementation engagements
- Assess Workday environments and configurable controls
- Identify opportunities for security and control improvements
- Supervise Associates during client engagements
- Lead client meetings on security and control topics
- Coach and train team members on Workday knowledge
What you'll need
- Minimum two years of recent Workday implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
- Workday Financials or HCM certifications preferred
- Consulting firm project or team lead experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
