What you'll do
- Develop and own backend features using Python and Django
- Design and troubleshoot integrations with third-party vendors
- Guide the team on technical decisions and best practices
- Balance development speed with long-term system quality
- Implement safeguards to prevent future technical issues
What you'll need
- Experience with architectural patterns for high-scale web apps
- Hands-on expertise with Agentic AI in engineering workflows
- Willingness to support small JavaScript or TypeScript tasks
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Minimum B2 level in English for verbal and written communication
- Availability for on-call rotation one week every five weeks
Nice to have
- Prior experience with Java, Node.js, Ruby, Scala, PHP, or Go
- Background in data pipelines or efficient algorithm design
