What you'll do
- Architect and oversee backend systems for products and internal tools
- Guide AI coding assistants to implement large-scale changes
- Review, debug, and refine AI-generated code to production standards
- Use AI to automate internal business operations
- Ship full-stack features end-to-end
What you'll need
- Fast at reading human or AI-generated code
- Strong debugging skills with an eye for bugs
- Ability to break architectural changes into AI-executable steps
- Capacity to context switch and juggle multiple tasks
- Experience with Node.js and cloud infrastructure like AWS
- Comfort working across multiple codebases and domains
