What you'll do
- Lead full software development lifecycle for complex features
- Drive technical delivery and influence architectural decisions
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers via code reviews
- Identify operational risks and improve system redundancy
- Collaborate with frontend, product, and design teams
- Suggest automation and UI improvements for efficiency
What you'll need
- Extensive experience with Java and core programming principles
- Proven expertise in Spring Boot for scalable microservices
- Experience managing data with MongoDB
- Track record in enterprise-level high-reliability systems
- Ability to design sustainable forward-thinking architectures
- Strong commitment to testable and maintainable code
Nice to have
