As a Senior Business Analyst, you ensure projects deliver business value by aligning client objectives with technical execution. You will provide the delivery team with clear priorities and requirements from the start.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with clients to define business needs and strategic goals
- Design business architectures that align with client objectives
- Identify opportunities to leverage data and AI for process improvement
- Work with technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to data governance
- Lead workshops to align stakeholders on project goals
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable data solutions
- Develop frameworks and best practices to improve delivery capabilities
- Identify new opportunities to expand client relationships
What you'll need
- 5+ years in business analysis or product development
- Experience ideally within Data and Analytics domains
- Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis and validation
- Proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with APIs and data management technologies
- Direct client-facing experience in consulting or services
- Skilled at facilitating workshops and managing conflict
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Databricks certification such as Data Analyst Associate
- Experience in business process modeling and analysis
- Background in data, AI, and governance strategy
- Project management and leadership experience
- Skills in change management and stakeholder engagement
