This group serves as the operational backbone, connecting systems and automating processes across the organization. You will partner with various departments to eliminate manual work through secure, API-first integrations.
As a senior individual contributor, you will own solutions from discovery to production support. You will act as a technical escalation point for IT and AI admins, guiding them toward engineering best practices. The work involves balancing speed with maintainability while enforcing strict data privacy and access controls.
What you'll do
- Lead stakeholder interviews to define problems and success metrics
- Design secure, API-first solutions using Workato or custom code
- Build and maintain resilient Workato recipes with error handling
