Join the Client Delivery team at Kraken, supporting European utilities through their technology transformation and migration to the Kraken energy management platform. You will manage the billing domain, acting as the primary link between client stakeholders and internal product and engineering teams.
This hands-on individual contributor role requires you to triage requests, define priorities, and guide clients through agile development processes. You will help customers adapt to new ways of working while ensuring their specific business needs are met through effective solution design.
What you'll do
- Manage relationships with client product owners and business stakeholders
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical escalations and issue resolution
- Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities to internal teams
- Articulate client needs and timelines to support ongoing platform development
- Support engineering teams in delivering specific product features
- Guide clients toward agile, iterative development and deployment practices
- Act as the internal knowledge base for Kraken platform delivery methods
What you'll need
- Strong experience in client delivery or product ownership
- Proven background in agile delivery methodologies
- Experience managing complex client delivery pipelines
- Solid understanding of technology trends and product management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge traditional thinking
- Fluent in both English and Danish
- Right to work in the country of application without sponsorship

- Previous consulting experience
- Background in energy or utility sector transformations
