This role serves as a trusted executive advisor, guiding customers through complex cloud and AI adoption journeys. You will architect enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform while mentoring teams and influencing product priorities.
What you'll do
- Lead complex customer engagements to accelerate technology adoption and optimize architectures
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite decision-makers and translate challenges into solutions
- Architect Copilot Studio agent solutions and lead proof-of-concept developments
- Mentor virtual teams and contribute to technical frameworks and intellectual property
- Resolve technical blockers for customer projects using deep subject matter expertise
- Collaborate with partners and sales teams to uncover strategic business opportunities
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Eight or more years of experience in cloud infrastructure and IT consulting
- Deep domain expertise in Microsoft 365 areas such as Copilot Studio and Connectors
- Hands-on experience with Low Code development and the Power Platform
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles on technical M365 projects
- Fluency in SaaS solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 offerings
- Knowledge of foundational security, AI architecture, and design principles
Nice to have
- Certifications in M365, Azure, Cloud Security, or AI Fundamentals
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks like Langchain or MCP
- Understanding of competitive AI platforms such as AWS and GCP
- Experience with GitHub-backed harness experiences and Cowork-based solutions
- Knowledge of Responsible AI practices including bias mitigation and fairness
