You will manage a regional portfolio of fellows with active payment obligations, primarily based in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. Your goal is to recover debts through persistent yet empathetic negotiation, explaining contractual terms and securing payment agreements.
The role involves coordinating with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to resolve complex cases. You will design follow-up sequences for unresponsive individuals and document all interactions in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.
