The team values meticulous design detail and code quality. You will work autonomously to deliver scalable UI components while optimizing performance and accessibility.
What you'll do
- Build interactive web experiences for a major consumer brand
- Craft high-performance animations and scroll-driven interactions
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect responsive interfaces
- Develop scalable UI components using Tailwind CSS
- Optimize animation-heavy pages for 60fps performance
- Implement accessible features including ARIA and keyboard navigation
- Participate in code reviews and utilize AI development tools
What you'll need
- 5+ years of front-end web development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Advanced skills in GSAP, ScrollTrigger, or WebGL/Three.js
- Strong experience with React or Next.js frameworks
- Proficiency in advanced Tailwind CSS and modern CSS
- Ability to lead projects independently with minimal oversight
- Professional written and spoken English required
- Availability to work US Pacific Time hours
