Join a premier digital creative agency as a Senior Creative Front-End Engineer. You will transform high-end Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces featuring smooth animations and rich interactions for a Fortune 500 client.
This long-term role requires an autonomous engineer with a strong eye for design and motion. You will craft scalable UI components and optimize performance while maintaining high code quality standards in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do
- Build visually stunning, highly interactive web experiences for a global consumer brand.
- Craft smooth, high-performance animations and scroll-driven interactions.
- Convert high-end Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Develop scalable, cross-browser UI components using advanced Tailwind CSS.
- Lead front-end work independently and write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Optimize animation-heavy pages for performance including rendering and asset loading.
- Implement accessible experiences with ARIA, keyboard navigation and reduced-motion support.
- Participate in code reviews and integrate AI tools like GitHub Copilot into daily workflow.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of front-end web development with expert HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills.
- Advanced experience with web animation libraries such as GSAP, Framer Motion or Three.js.
- Proficiency in advanced Tailwind CSS for custom design systems and complex layouts.
- Hands-on experience with React or Next.js frameworks.
- Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect work from high-end designs with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead front-end projects independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong debugging and cross-browser/device testing capabilities.
- Daily practical use of AI development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Professional written and spoken English proficiency.
- Availability to work US Pacific Time hours.
