Join the Customer Success team as a trusted advisor who guides strategic accounts from pre-sales through long-term engagement. You will partner with enterprise clients to demonstrate the value of Immersive One, ensuring they achieve measurable cyber resilience outcomes.
This position requires deep technical expertise and strong communication skills to engage C-level executives and technical teams alike. You will act as the primary liaison for key accounts, driving platform adoption and aligning security strategies with business objectives.
What you'll do
- Define technical requirements and use cases for prospective customers
- Conduct proof-of-concepts and solution demonstrations for clients
- Act as security advisor during the technical sales cycle
- Build relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Drive platform adoption to maximize customer value
- Deliver Executive Business Reviews and strategic roadmaps
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer feedback
- Support operational integration of Immersive One into client programs
What you'll need
- 5+ years in information security or solution consulting
- Experience in pre-sales or customer success roles
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals including networking and security
- Strong knowledge of security concepts, compliances, and standards
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and security tools
- Ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Agile thinking and strong customer-centric mindset
Nice to have
- Industry qualifications such as CISSP
- Experience with public cloud environments
- Background in crisis simulation facilitation
