You will bridge the gap between data and customer empowerment, helping senior living communities use data to simplify workflows and support caregivers. The role requires leading deep-dive analyses, building scalable dashboards, and presenting actionable recommendations to external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead deep-dive analyses on customer data to identify workflow improvements
- Design and own scalable dashboards and visualizations for Customer Success
- Partner with Customer Success on Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic initiatives
- Present findings to customers and translate data into clear recommendations
- Define metrics and self-serve tooling to reduce routine analyst requests
- Influence the Insights roadmap through feedback to Product and Engineering
What you'll need
- 6+ years of data analyst experience with advanced SQL skills
- Proficiency in window functions, CTEs, and query optimization
- Track record of owning analytics projects from ambiguous ask to insight
- Solid understanding of statistics for practical business applications
- Experience presenting to external stakeholders and working with customers
- Excellent communication skills to make complex data accessible
- Experience with Python for data analysis
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Looker or Omni
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare data and EHR systems
