Join the Data & Analytics team as the primary analytics partner for Customer Success. You will own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle, creating best-in-class dashboards for Quarterly Business Reviews and ad hoc client requests.
The role requires deep technical expertise in Looker, SQL, and Python, combined with a proactive approach to leveraging AI tools for faster development and deeper insights. You will translate business questions into analytical frameworks that strengthen client relationships.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain Looker dashboards for client Quarterly Business Reviews
- Partner with Customer Success to translate business needs into analytics
- Design production-quality LookML models, explores, and parameterized dashboards
- Write complex SQL queries across Redshift, Aurora/MySQL, and Athena
- Develop Python scripts for data wrangling and automated reporting workflows
- Use AI tools like Claude and Copilot to accelerate code and data exploration
- Identify AI use cases such as anomaly detection and natural-language summarization
- Define data quality metrics to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports
- Collaborate with Data Engineering on model requirements and pipeline validation
- Document reporting logic and methodologies for team knowledge sharing
What you'll need
- 5+ years experience in data analyst, analytics engineer, or BI roles
- Deep expertise in Looker and strong command of LookML modeling
- Expert-level SQL skills including window functions and performance tuning
- Strong Python skills for analysis, scripting, and automation
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor
- Proactive mindset to identify problems and bring actionable insights
- Strong business acumen to connect data patterns to outcomes
- Experience delivering recurring client reports and executive dashboards
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, preferably Redshift
Nice to have
- Experience in health tech or with healthcare-specific data sets
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered analytics features
- Familiarity with AWS data services like Glue, Athena, and S3
- Experience with event-based analytics platforms like Mixpanel
- Exposure to dbt or similar analytics engineering tools
- Familiarity with Git for version control of LookML and code
- Prior experience working with Customer Success or Account Management
- Background in startup or high-growth environments
