You will operate at the intersection of data, product, and machine learning to influence business outcomes. Your work includes analyzing large-scale datasets, evaluating experiments, and partnering with engineers and product managers to translate insights into platform improvements.
What you'll do
- Analyze user behavior and large datasets to find patterns and opportunities
- Design and analyze A/B tests to measure impact on business metrics
- Define and validate metrics for user experience and business outcomes
- Build dashboards and reports to support team decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders to turn insights into product improvements
- Process large volumes of data using SQL, Python, and distributed systems
What you'll need
- Strong analytical skills for solving business problems with data
- Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with large datasets
- Proficiency in Python for analysis using pandas and NumPy
- Understanding of A/B testing and statistical concepts
- Knowledge of ML pipelines, training data quality, and model evaluation
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to multiple stakeholders
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ranking, recommendations, or search relevance
- Experience defining metrics and analyzing product funnels
- Background in customer-facing roles
- Experience in e-commerce or product analytics
