GRVT seeks a Senior Data & BI Analyst to establish the company's data foundation and provide strategic intelligence. You will report directly to the CEO, creating unified dashboards and KPI frameworks across Trading, Marketing, BD, Product, and Operations.
The role involves deep-dive analysis into P&L, conversion funnels, and user retention to identify growth levers. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations for resource allocation and strategic direction.
What you'll do
- Build and own central performance dashboards for all divisions
- Create KPI frameworks linking department goals to revenue targets
- Generate weekly and monthly reports with narrative insights for the CEO
- Analyze metrics like P&L, conversion funnels, and user retention
- Develop data-backed forecasts for volume, revenue, and liquidity
- Define and track KPIs for marketing efficiency and BD ROI
- Build ROI models for partnerships, vendors, and budget decisions
- Set up data pipelines, databases, and analytics infrastructure
- Write SQL queries and data models independently
- Design self-serve data systems for internal teams
What you'll need
- 4-8 years experience in data analytics, strategy, or BI
- Background in fintech, crypto, or top-tier tech companies
- High proficiency in SQL for independent querying and modeling
- Proficient in Python or R programming languages
- Experience with BI tools like Superset, PowerBI, Looker, or Metabase
- Strong grasp of financial modeling and P&L analysis
- Experience in OKR setting and cross-team performance tracking
- Ability to simplify complex data for executive stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with crypto markets
