This position requires an experienced engineer comfortable in an AI-driven environment, focusing on clean code, automated testing, and collaborative knowledge sharing across teams.
What you'll do
- Lead improvements to data infrastructure and architecture
- Optimize query design and system performance
- Build monitoring for data pipelines and apply DataOps best practices
- Partner with teams to champion data acquisition and stewardship
- Deploy, operate, and evolve batch and streaming data pipelines
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or ML
- Strong data modeling skills and experience with dbt
- Experience with cloud-based batch and streaming pipelines
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- Comfortable working in an AI-native environment
- Adept at writing automated tests and maintaining clean code
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
